Meet your Host and Presenters

  • Jamie Kincaid

    Hi! I’m Jamie Kincaid, the Radiance Retreats host and photographer. I own JK Photos, the parent company of Radiance Retreats, where I create strategic branding images for business owners and entrepreneurs. I have a passion for creating community, lifting women up, and supporting my local community. I began hosting women’s retreats in 2021 and have hosted 6 successful retreats where we’ve built community, witnessed transformations, and held space for over 50 women to step into their power and launch their self-love journey.

  • Carly Allred

    Carly is a certified, trauma-informed Elemental Life Coach specializing in hypnotherapy, breathwork, and somatic movement.

    She supports clients in safely exploring the subconscious, unwinding stored emotional patterns, and reconnecting with their inner compass, intuition, and innate worth.

    Carly helps women distinguish what beliefs and habits are best aligned with their core values, allowing space for more conscious, integrity-led growth.

     She is known for creating grounded, inclusive containers where profound inner work can unfold with safety, clarity, and lasting integration.

  • Yazmin Alvarez-Soeum, LMFT

    Yazmin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and business owner of Columbia Counseling. She specializes in working with teenagers and adults who are navigating identity exploration, multicultural concerns, and challenges in building and maintaining healthy relationships.

    Yazmin is deeply committed to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and strives to create affirming, culturally responsive spaces where individuals feel seen, respected, and empowered. Her work is rooted in collaboration—she partners with clients to foster growth, healing, and meaningful change in ways that align with their values, goals, and unique lived experiences.

    In addition to individual therapy, Yazmin works closely with immigrant populations, providing immigration evaluations and culturally informed mental health services. She also offers anger management classes and psychoeducational workshops focused on emotional regulation, communication, and relational health. Through her clinical work and community involvement, Yazmin is passionate about helping women reconnect with their strength, voice, and sense of self.

FAQs

  • Nope! There will be a little woo woo thrown in, but this is a great retreat for women from all religious backgrounds. The woo woo portion will include some ceremonies around the New Moon and a sound bath ceremony. There may also be tarot cards or oracle cards present. If none of that is in contrast to your religious beliefs, this is a great space for you!

  • Absolutely! You can reserve your spot with $200 down, and split the rest up into up to 6 monthly payments starting 1 month from your deposit payment. The monthly payment plan options go down the closer we get to the retreat date, so sign up early to split it up the full 7 months.

  • The prices listed on the website are the early bird special. After January 31, 2026 the prices will go up.

  • This retreat is going to be capped at 17 women, including presenters. It will be a safe and welcoming space, with plenty of areas for you to get some private reflection time if you need to step away from the group. It is 100% your decision on whether you’re comfortable with that, but I encourage you to step outside your comfort zone to allow for growth opportunities, even if that doesn’t mean attending this retreat.

  • Travel is the only thing that isn’t included in the ticket price for this Weekend Radiance Retreat. It’s up to you to get to and from the venue, but after that you’re good to go!

  • Nightly accommodations, all meals, workshops, connection, ceremonies, and photoshoot with 2 downloaded images are all included. You will also receive any supplies needed for activities other than a yoga mat.
