Smiles, Community, and Cheese Zombies: A Tri-Cities Bakery celebration
One of my favorite places in the Tri-Cities is Rise and Shine Bake Shop.
Annelee started out of the Red Mountain Kitchen, baking and selling her delicious treats out of their space. So when she decided to open her own bakery, she already had a pretty huge following.
And rightly so.
There is no other bakery in town that feels so inviting, so loving, and offers such a wide range of delicious offerings. It’s not just a bakery. It’s a café, a great spot to grab lunch, and a community gathering space that welcomes all and makes everyone who enters feel at home.
And I’m not just saying that because I love it (which I do) or because I love Annelee (which I also do), but I have sat down at a table enjoying a treat or a meal, and watched every single person who enters be greeted with smiles, welcoming energy, and even some hugs.
So when Annelee asked if I could photograph their official ribbon cutting and grand opening in the spring of 2025, I said yes without hesitation. Celebrating these milestones with local businesses has become something I absolutely love doing. And whether they’re a client, a friend, or both, I am ready to cheer local business owners on as they grow and chase their dreams.
So here’s to one of the best bakeries in the Tri-Cities.
And to another year of success, abundance, and the best shortbread cookies I’ve ever had.
Are you hosting a grand opening, ribbon cutting, employee celebration, client appreciation event, workshop, or any other kind of event that you want to document in beautiful pictures?
I’ve got you.
