2026 Tri-Cities Radiance Retreat:

Leaning into community, forming authentic connections, and digging deep into the heart work of self-care

Designed for the whole human.

This Radiance Retreat hosted by JK Photos is a single-day event right here in the Tri-Cities for women to come together in community and step into their power. We focus on self-care as a whole-human experience without the titles we hold, roles we play, or masks we wear.

Providing you with valuable self-care resources, guidance on new practices, judgement-free space to be vulnerable, and a ton of love and support as you work through your own personal struggles.

Helping you reflect, reconnect with your soul, and lean into your soft power.

And digging into the heart of the question:

Who am I?

Not who am I as a mom, sister, friend, daughter, wife, employee, business owner, or volunteer.

But who am I as a human being.

Radiance Retreats are more than a day of rest

They are a chance for you to step outside your comfort zone and into a safe space where you can be vulnerable, learn about self-care resources, gain valuable tools for your self-love journey, and be in a beautiful community of women supporting women.

  • No more competing.

  • No more pouring into everyone else and letting your cup run dry.

  • No more leaving yourself on the back burner.

  • No more accepting a stagnant life.

This is your chance to thrive. To break away from the behaviors and beliefs that are holding you back. To lean into living a life that you love, that feels fulfilled, joyful, and free.

Radiance Retreats (formerly Self-Love Women’s Retreats) have helped over 50 women in the last 5 years right here in the Tri-Cities. Here are just some of the wonderful changes those women have made in their lives after attending:

  • Left toxic relationships

  • Set healthy boundaries with family members for a more positive connection

  • Started a nonprofit with connections made at the retreat

  • Found her community

  • Led her team more confidently and with more compassion

  • Gave herself permission to start a new self-care practice

  • Got serious about launching a business that was in her heart

All because they gave themselves the gift of self-love.

Amira Stanley

Leadership Coach

Amira Stanley is a leadership coach, speaker, and author who helps people learn how to stay with themselves when life gets uncomfortable. Her work centers on nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and compassionate boundary-setting — especially for leaders, caregivers, and humans who are tired of “powering through.”

Through her Boundary Playbook and embodied coaching approach, Amira guides people to slow down, listen inward, and respond with clarity instead of reaction. She believes self-trust is built not by avoiding discomfort, but by learning how to sit with it — safely, honestly, and with self-respect. Amira's motto....#EVENINTHEBULLSHIT,  Self-love & Curiosity.

Former attendee experiences,

in their own words:

  • I set my intention in the morning before arriving and got exactly what I needed from the day. If I was going to share with a future attendee I would say what you bring and how you show up will be the most important part of the experience. You will have the opportunity to connect and transform - if you want it and are ready for it.

  • It was a great day of self care and relationship shop building. A lot of different activities and workshops to keep you engaged. The food was yummy too! Loved the support of local vendors.

  • These women built me up and helped me break down these walls/barriers that I had allowed to build up and lock me in a box for so long. And it’s not like they all just sat around and told me whatever I wanted to hear, we cried together, laughed together shared some really hard stories and experiences and by hearing the things these beautiful amazing strong women had to share I realized I’m not alone. I can overcome the things that have happened to me and don’t have to choose to let them define who I will be as a women, friend, daughter, sister or mother. I am so glad I attended this retreat & truly feel like every women should experience something like this in their lifetime!

  • It was a beautiful day of connecting with myself, recognizing I’m not the only one who suffers from self-doubt, there is a community of like minded people who need someone like you in their corner. It was a reintroduction to the world of self care and the different ways you can fill your cup so you can pour into others.

  • This experience was so powerful and restorative. Go with an open mind and heart and you will leave with your cup filled, feeling like you have better tools for whatever you’re dealing with in life. Jamie did an amazing job at creating a space that was empowering and uplifting.
