2026 Tri-Cities, WA Radiance Retreat
The Annual Tri-Cities, Washington Women’s Self-Love Retreat is scheduled!
And it has a new name.
Introducing:
The Tri-Cities Radiance Retreat
That’s right. Helping women step into their radiance, own their power, and begin to live a more joyful and fulfilled life.
All through the power of self-care and community.
These women’s retreats have been transformational
Since 2021 I have been hosting Self-Love retreats right here in the Tri-Cities. 1 day events completely focused on offering support, resources, and community, and treating self-care as a whole human experience.
Along with my presenters each year, we create a safe space where women can be vulnerable with one another. We learn valuable tools in areas of self-care from experts like doctors, therapists, life coaches, and more. I pull each woman aside throughout the day for their very own mini self-love portrait session, helping them feel seen and beautiful. We have hard conversations as a group, digging deep into what makes us who we are and the experiences that have shaped us.
There is laughter.
There are tears.
There are breakthroughs.
Women forge new friendships and make big plans to chase their dreams and change their lives
And so many of them have done it. I’ve watched women leave my retreats and start new organizations and nonprofits, leave behind unhealthy habits, leave toxic relationships, start new careers…
Not because of anything I did. But because they took what they learned from the event and remembered who the fuck they were.
It all starts with tiny steps, implementing what they’ve gained at the retreat one day at a time.
The 2026 Tri-Cities Radiance Retreat will feature:
Amira Stanley
Amira Stanley is a leadership coach, speaker, and author who helps people learn how to stay with themselves when life gets uncomfortable. Her work centers on nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and compassionate boundary-setting — especially for leaders, caregivers, and humans who are tired of “powering through.”
Through her Boundary Playbook and embodied coaching approach, Amira guides people to slow down, listen inward, and respond with clarity instead of reaction. She believes self-trust is built not by avoiding discomfort, but by learning how to sit with it — safely, honestly, and with self-respect. Amira's motto....#EVENINTHEBULLSHIT, Self-love & Curiosity.
Janessa O’Connor
Janessa is a holistic wellness educator and clinician. A licensed mental health therapist, she integrates mind, body and soul into her work with a focus on nervous system regulation and neurochemistry balance. Upbeat, warm and curious, a self-described hippie Ms. Frizzle in her approach to mental health, Janessa uses her skills and training of human behavior analysis and pattern recognition to help women find peace and overall wellness of mind, body and soul.
Janessa’s passion is to empower women to create the life they want to live. Equipping women with the skills and knowledge on how to prioritize their happiness and their pleasure, to be grounded in who they are and step out in boldness for the life they want.
And myself, Jamie Kincaid
The host coordinating the day and ensuring that everything goes smoothly. Event photographer documenting the day. Personal photographer taking self-love portraits of each attendee and helping you feel beautiful, powerful, and seen.
